EXE Scaffolding - Thiepval Monument The Somme

Exe Scaffolding recently provided scaffolding for access to all 21 roofs on the 45m high Thiepval Monument at Somme, Northern France.

The Thiepval Monument, the largest built by the Commonwealth War Graves Commission, commemorates more than 72,000 men who died during the 1916 Battle of the Somme.

Access was required on the monument to allow main contractor Bell Asphalt to undertake roofing works.
